What's the difference between Botox, Xeomin, and Letybo?
All three are FDA-approved neuromodulators that relax the small muscles producing expression lines. The visible effect is essentially the same.
Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) was FDA-approved in 2002 and includes accessory proteins. Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) was approved in 2010 and is a pure formulation without those accessory proteins. Letybo (letibotulinumtoxinA) was approved in 2024 and uses a standard formulation.
